FIRSTMARK INTERFACE Sample Clauses

The "Firstmark Interface" clause defines the specific platform, portal, or system through which parties will interact, exchange information, or manage their relationship under the agreement. In practice, this clause may specify that all communications, document submissions, or notifications must be conducted via a designated online interface provided by Firstmark. By establishing a single, official channel for interactions, the clause ensures consistency, security, and traceability in communications, reducing the risk of miscommunication or lost information.
