FIRST SOURCE PROGRAM. 26.1 For contracts over $100,000, Consultant shall provide DISTRICT ten (10) working days to refer to Consultant, potential candidates to be considered by Consultant to fill any new or vacant positions that are necessary to fulfill their contractual obligations to the DISTRICT that Consultant has available during the contract term before advertising to the general public.
