First Source Hiring. The City has adopted a First Source Hiring Program (San Francisco Administrative Code Sections 83.1 et seq.) which establishes specific requirements, procedures and monitoring for first source hiring of qualified economically disadvantaged individuals for entry-level positions as those terms are defined by the ordinance. Tenant acknowledges receiving and reviewing the First Source Hiring Program materials and requirements and agrees to comply with all requirements of the ordinance as implemented by Port and/or City, including without limitation, notification of vacancies throughout the Term and entering into a First Source Hiring Agreement, if applicable. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that it may be subject to monetary penalties for failure to comply with the ordinance or a First Source Hiring Agreement and that such non-compliance shall be a default of this Lease.
