First Notice. A. First Notice: Short-Form As soon as possible following the entry of the First Order, but in any event within seventeen (17) calendar days of the entry of the First Order, the short-form First Notice will be disseminated as follows: N ewspaper Publication Print publication of the short-form First Notice will be at least a ¼ page in size. Print publication will be made in Canada in the English language in the business section of the national weekend edition of The Globe and Mail and in the French language in the business section of La Presse.
