First Expansion Space Availability Request Sample Clauses

First Expansion Space Availability Request. Landlord shall deliver to Tenant, upon request by Tenant from time to time during the Term, a list of the scheduled expiration dates of any lease agreements then in effect for all or any portion of the First Expansion Space to the extent that the First Expansion Option is then still in full force and effect. Tenant shall keep such information in confidence and shall not disclose the same to any third party other than to Tenant’s real estate consultants and attorneys, and except as may be required by law or in connection with the enforcement of this Lease.
