First Amendment. TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT Reference is made to the Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated as of February 23, 2000 by and between Beverly National Bank, a national banking association having its principal place of business in Beverly, Massachusetts (therein and hereinafter referred to as the “Bank”) and Xxxx X. Xxxxxxx (therein and hereinafter referred to as the “Employee”).

First Amendment. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx (therein and hereinafter referred to as the “Employee”).
