Common use of First Amendment Clause in Contracts

First Amendment. The Administrative Agent or the Special Counsel (defined below) shall have received from the Borrower and the Required Lenders either (i) a counterpart of this First Amendment signed on behalf of such party or (ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include telecopy or email transmission of a signed signature page of this First Amendment) that such party has signed a counterpart of this First Amendment.

First Amendment. The Administrative Agent or the Special Counsel (defined ​ below) shall have received from the each Borrower and the Required Lenders either (i) a counterpart of this First Amendment signed on behalf of such party or (ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include telecopy or email transmission of a signed signature page of this First Amendment) that such party has signed a counterpart of this First Amendmentparty.

The Administrative Agent (or the Special Counsel (defined belowits counsel) shall have received from the Borrower and from Lenders sufficient to constitute the Required Lenders either (i) a counterpart of this First Amendment signed on behalf of such party or (ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include telecopy or email transmission of a signed signature page of this First Amendment) that such party has signed a counterpart of this First Amendment.
