Common use of First Amendment Clause in Contracts

First Amendment. The Administrative Agent (or its counsel) shall have received from the Borrower and the Required Lenders either (i) a counterpart of this First Amendment signed on behalf of such party or (ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include telecopy transmission of a signed signature page of this First Amendment) that such party has signed a counterpart of this First Amendment.

First Amendment. The Administrative Agent or the Special Counsel (or its counseldefined below) shall have received from the Borrower and each Lender party hereto (which constitute the Required Lenders either (iLenders) a counterpart of this First Amendment signed on behalf of such party or (ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (which may include telecopy transmission of a signed signature page of this First Amendment) that such party has signed a counterpart of this First Amendmentparty.

First Amendment.
