Common use of First Aid Certification Clause in Contracts

First Aid Certification. Any employee who holds a valid OFA Level III ticket will receive a premium of $.50/hour (provided the position they are working in does not require it). The company will pay the tuition and book costs of the training (½ up front, ½ at successful completion). No wages will be paid during this training.
