Common use of First Aid Allowances Clause in Contracts

First Aid Allowances. 2.11.1. A staff member appointed by the University as a First Aid Officer (in addition to their substantive position) who possesses a current St John’s Ambulance First Aid Certificate or equivalent qualification shall be paid a minimum first aid allowance of $924821.00 per annum. 2.11.2. A staff member appointed by the University as an Occupational First Aid Officer or a Senior First Aid Officer (in addition to their substantive position) who possesses the required qualifications shall be paid an minimum Occupational First Aid or a Senior First Aid allowance of $1,2351,390.00 per annum. 2.11.3. These allowances will be updated in accordance with the general percentage increases in salaries as set out in this sub-clause 2.1.2.
