Common use of Firmenich Technology Clause in Contracts

Firmenich Technology. With respect to Firmenich Technology, Firmenich shall have the sole right, but not the obligation, to take action to remove such infringement using commercially appropriate steps, including, without limitation, the filing of an infringement suit or other similar action at its own expense.
