Common use of Fire Stairs Clause in Contracts

Fire Stairs. Tenant shall have the right to use the fire stairwells adjacent to the Premises as internal circulation stairs subject to any applicable Legal Requirements. Tenant may make code-compliant security and aesthetic Alterations within the fire stairwells with Landlord’s prior review and approval and otherwise subject to the provisions of Article 4 of this Lease. Tenant may install, at its own expense, a card access system to each floor of the Premises, in accordance with the applicable provisions of this Lease and applicable Legal Requirements.

Fire Stairs. Tenant shall have the right, subject to applicable laws, to use the fire stairs connecting the floors of the Premises for the regular travel of employees between such floors. Tenant shall have the right to use have such fire stairs, and the door(s) access such fire stairwells adjacent to the Premises as internal circulation stairs subject to any applicable Legal Requirements. Tenant may make code-compliant security and aesthetic Alterations within the fire stairwells with Landlord’s prior review and approval and otherwise subject to the provisions of Article 4 of this Lease. Tenant may install, at its own expense, a card access system to on each floor of the Premises, in accordance with monitored and accessed by a security system installed by Tenant pursuant to Article 7 of the Lease, below. Tenant hereby acknowledges that such use of the fire stairs may not currently be allowed by applicable provisions of this Lease and applicable Legal Requirementslaws.

To the extent permitted by Law, Tenant shall have be granted the right to use utilize the Building fire stairwells adjacent to stairs for vertical transportation between the Premises as internal circulation stairs subject to any applicable Legal Requirements. Tenant may make code-compliant security and aesthetic Alterations within the fire stairwells with Landlord’s prior review and approval and otherwise subject to the provisions of Article 4 of this Lease. Tenant may install, at its own expense, a card access system to each floor floors of the Premises, in accordance including the right to install card key access (subject to Section 14 below) to the Premises floors, subject to Landlord’s reasonable approval of Tenant’s plans and Tenant’s compliance with all Laws, including the applicable provisions City of this Lease Austin, Texas fire and applicable Legal Requirementsbuilding codes.
