Fire Prevention and Suppression Sample Clauses
Fire Prevention and Suppression. (a) The Contractor must:
(i) take all reasonably practicable action to avoid the occurrence of, suppress, control or fight any fire which may occur in or adjacent to the Supply Zones;
(ii) comply with a direction of DELWP, or an authorised officer as defined in the Conservation Act; and
(iii) comply with the provisions of:
(A) the Act;
(B) the Country Fire Authority Act 1958 (Vic);
(C) the Forests (Fire Protection) Regulations 2014 (Vic); and
(D) any other applicable Laws, codes or regulations in respect of the prevention and suppression of fire or the protection of life and property from fire.
(b) To the extent that the Contractor:
(i) assists in fire suppression, control or firefighting activities relating to a Bushfire; or
(ii) makes its personnel (including employees and Sub-Contractors), plant or equipment available for the purpose of suppressing, controlling or fighting any Bushfire, as required under the Act, the Contractor acknowledges that it will be engaged directly by DELWP to suppress, control or fight any fire and accordingly, DELWP will be responsible for reimbursement of reasonable costs incurred by the Contractor as a result of firefighting services performed by the Contractor.
Fire Prevention and Suppression. Licensees will exercise the highest degree of care to prevent fires on the License Area and the adjacent Licensor lands, and will comply with all applicable laws, lawful rules and regulations pertaining to fire protection and suppression and any Licensor regulations pertaining to fire protection and suppression that are now or hereafter in effect during the term of this License. Each Licensee further agrees as follows:
Fire Prevention and Suppression. Lessee and its employees, agents, and contractors shall, in ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s use and occupancy of the Premises, take all reasonable and legally required precautions to prevent forest, brush, grass, and structural fires and shall, if safety permits, assist the Lessor in extinguishing such fires on the Premises.
Fire Prevention and Suppression. The permittee shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent and suppress Forest fires. No material shall be disposed of by burning in open fires during the closed season established by law or regulation without a permit from the Forest Service.
Fire Prevention and Suppression. The Lessee may not burn brush, construction debris or similar materials within the Premises. The Lessee must take all reasonable precautions to prevent forest, brush, grass, and structural fires and assist the Lessor in extinguishing any fires on the Premises.

(a) take all reasonably practicable action to avoid the occurrence of, suppress, control or fight any fire which may occur in or adjacent to the Supply Coupes;
(b) comply with the provisions of:
(i) the Act;
(ii) the Country Fire Authority Act 1958 (Vic);
(iii) the Forests (Fire Protection) Regulations 2014 (Vic); and
(iv) any other applicable Laws, codes or regulations in respect of the prevention and suppression of fire or the protection of life and property from fire.
Fire Prevention and Suppression. 3.11.1 The Lessee shall promptly notify the Commissioner of any fires on, or which may threaten any portion of, the Pipeline or Leasehold and shall take all measures necessary or appropriate for the prevention and suppression of fires in accordance with applicable law. The Lessee shall comply with the instructions and directions of the Commissioner concerning the use, prevention, and suppression of fires on State Land.
Fire Prevention and Suppression. Contractor shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent and suppress wild fires at the Rec Area. Open fires are prohibited at the Rec Area except in the developed, grated fire pits. Fireworks are also prohibited at the Rec Area.
