Common use of Fire Precautions Clause in Contracts

Fire Precautions. The Lessee must comply with: 6.9.1 all reasonable requirements of the Council with regard to fire safety systems and procedures; and 6.9.2 all Statutory Requirements relating to fire safety including undertaking at the Lessee’s cost any structural modifications or other building works to any Improvements which are required as a consequence of the Lessee’s use or occupation of the Leased Premises.

Fire Precautions. The Lessee must comply withmust: 6.9.1 8.9.1 comply with all reasonable requirements and directives of the Council with regard to fire safety systems and procedures including fire evacuation drills and other procedures; and 6.9.2 8.9.2 provide and maintain firefighting equipment within the lease area to a level acceptable to the Council or the Regional Building Fire Safety Committee; and 8.9.3 comply with all Statutory Requirements relating to fire safety and procedures including undertaking at the Lessee’s cost any structural works or modifications or other building works to any Improvements which are required as a consequence of the Lessee’s particular use or occupation of the Leased Premises.
