Fines and Penalties. Without limiting a Party’s rights under Section 12.1.3, each Party must pay all fines and penalties incurred by such Party on account of noncompliance by such Party with Requirements of Law as such fines and penalties relate to the subject matter of this Agreement, except where such fines and penalties are being contested in good faith through appropriate proceedings.
