Common use of Findings of Arbitration Panel Clause in Contracts

Findings of Arbitration Panel. The decision of the Arbitration Panel will be final and binding on the Parties; provided that either Party shall retain all rights to bring an action against the other for damages and other monetary relief related to or arising out of the issue decided by the Arbitration Panel. Judgment upon the award may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof or having jurisdiction over the relevant party.
