Common use of Findings for Recovery Clause in Contracts

Findings for Recovery. The Subrecipient, and any subcontractor, is not subject to an "unresolved" finding for recovery under Section 9.24 of the Ohio Revised Code. If this warranty is deemed to be false, this Agreement is void and the party who is subject to the finding must immediately repay to the other party any funds paid under this Agreement.

If this warranty is deemed to be false, this Agreement is void and the party who is subject to the finding must immediately repay to the other party any funds paid under this Agreement. Subrecipient shall not enter into an agreement with any subcontractor listed as suspended or debarred on the Excluded Parties List System.
