Common use of FinCEN Clause in Contracts

FinCEN. The Company shall have delivered to the Representatives, on or prior to the date of execution of this Agreement, a completed and executed Certification Regarding Beneficial Owners of Legal Entity Customers to the extent required.

FinCEN. The Company shall have delivered will deliver to the RepresentativesRepresentative, before or on or prior to the date of execution of this Agreement, a properly completed and executed Certification Regarding Beneficial Owners of Legal Entity Customers Customers, together with copies of identifying documentation, and the Company undertakes to provide such additional supporting documentation as the extent requiredUnderwriters may reasonably request in connection with the verification of the foregoing certification.
