Common use of FinCEN Certificate Clause in Contracts

FinCEN Certificate. The Company will provide a certificate satisfying the beneficial ownership due diligence requirements of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (“FinCEN”) to the Representative in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Representative, along with such additional supporting documentation as the Representative has requested in connection with the verification of the foregoing certificate.
