Financial Risks. The Investor acknowledges that it is able to bear the financial risks associated with an investment in the Securities issuable hereunder. The Investor is capable of evaluating the risks and merits of an investment in the Securities by virtue of its experience as an investor and its knowledge, experience, and sophistication in financial and business matters and the Investor is capable of bearing the entire loss of its investment in same.
