Financial Review. The PROVIDER shall submit, upon request of the PAYOR, financial statements and related reports and schedules that accurately reflect the financial position of the PROVIDER. PROVIDER must submit, upon request of the PAYOR, its financial statements and supporting reports and schedules as presented to its governance authority. The PAYOR reserves the right to require the PROVIDER to secure an independent financial audit.
