Common use of Financial Reporting and Consent to Electronic Delivery of Documents Clause in Contracts

Financial Reporting and Consent to Electronic Delivery of Documents. The Subscriber hereby agrees that it does not want to receive annual and interim financial statements in respect of the Fund. The Subscriber understands that it may change this standing instruction by completing Schedule “E” to this Subscription Agreement. The Subscriber acknowledges that it is entitled to receive annual and interim financial statements and may receive other information about the Fund from the Manager. By completing Schedule “F” to this Subscription Agreement, the Subscriber is consenting to the receipt of financial information, reports of quarterly performance and other reports electronically.
