Financial Procedures and Protocols. (1) The Contractor must establish financial procedures and policies which are capable of being audited and demonstrate good management practice in relation to the collection, management, banking and distribution of financial resources. (2) The Gallery is to be operated as part of the Contractor’s operations for financial purposes. (3) All financial procedures, audits and records associated with the operation of the Gallery are to be available to the Town upon request.
