Contractor’s reporting obligations. The Contractor must report to the Town any need or requirement for structural maintenance, replacement or repair of the Gallery.
Contractor’s reporting obligations. Contractor agrees to timely submit all required reports as outlined in the RFP, including:
a) Consultant Disclosure Annual Form B - due May 15 each year
b) MWBE Quarterly Compliance Report - due quarterly
c) MWBE Pre-Payment Declaration - due with every invoice
d) EEO Workforce Utilization Report - due quarterly
e) SDVOB Monthly Compliance Report* due the 10th of every month
