Common use of FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS Clause in Contracts

FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS. You and any additional renter/s and/or authorised driver/s are jointly and severally responsible for compliance with the terms of this Agreement. By entering into this Agreement You and any additional renter/s and/or authorised driver/s are responsible for and irrevocably authorise Star RV to debit the credit card/s provided (and You will pay Star RV, on demand, any balance) with the following charges: (a) The rental charges specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A. (b) All charges claimed from Star RV for toll, parking and/or any other traffic violations incurred during the rental period or until such later time as the Vehicle is returned to Star RV. An additional administration fee of $75 per fine / infringement will apply to cover the costs of processing. (c) All loss of or damage to the Vehicle, (including the loss of use of that Vehicle - ‘demurrage’), legal expenses, assessment fees, towing and recovery costs, third party damage, storage and other charges rendered by Star RV where: (i) You have breached any term of this Agreement; (ii) You have left the Vehicle unlocked or left the keys in the Vehicle; (iii) You have not kept the keys secure and under your personal control; (iv) You have lost, damaged or had the keys stolen; (v) The Vehicle is totally or partially immersed in any water regardless of cause; (vi) The interior of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except when there is a collision with another vehicle; (vii) The tyres of the Vehicle are damaged other than by normal wear and tear except where You have purchased Liability Reduction and it applies; (viii) You have failed to maintain all fluid and fuel levels of the Vehicle or failed to immediately rectify or report to Star RV any defect in the Vehicle of which You become or ought to have become aware; (ix) The Vehicle is damaged by loading or unloading, normal wear and tear excepted; (x) The underbody and/or overhead of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except where there is a collision with another Vehicle or where You have purchased Liability Reduction and it applies; (xi) You have been deemed negligent in any action thereby resulting in damage to the Vehicle or third party property; (xii) You have damaged the Vehicle by any wilful or reckless misconduct; (xiii) Damage is caused by sitting or standing on the bonnet or roof of the vehicle; (xiv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being transported over water; (xv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being loaded or unloaded on a watercraft and/or tow truck; (xvi) Damage is caused to the Vehicle by snow chains; (xvii) Damage is caused to the awning of the Vehicle. A minimum fee of $1,500 will apply per awning damage; (xviii) Damage caused by a single vehicle roll over; (xix) Costs are incurred for recovering the Vehicle if it is bogged; (xx) Costs are incurred where the wrong fuel type or contaminated fuel was used or where water was put in the fuel tank; (xxi) Costs are incurred where fuel was put in the water tank; (xxii) Costs are incurred with the Vehicle running out of fuel; (xxiii) Costs are incurred with losing the fuel, oil or water caps and items in the convenience and/or camping kits; (xxiv) Damage caused by falling asleep whilst driving; (xxv) Damage caused to the Vehicle by hitting a signed height restricted structure such as but not limited to bridges, car parks and drive throughs. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit and Diners Club. American Express and Diners Club will incur an additional non-refundable 4.5% surcharge on any transaction. Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit and MasterCard Debit will incur an additional non-refundable 2% surcharge on any transaction. EFTPOS maybe used to pay for rental charges (not bonds). Cash will not be accepted under any circumstances. If You have paid by use of a credit card, or directed Star RV to ▇▇▇▇ the charges to some other person, corporation, firm or organisation who or which fails to make payment when due, You will immediately pay the full amount due to Star RV on demand. You irrevocably agree and authorise Star RV to use the credit card/s provided for payment of any amount due under this Agreement even if a signed credit card voucher has been returned.

An Apollo and an additional administration fee of $75 including GST per fine / infringement will apply applies to cover the costs of processing.; and (c) All loss of all Loss or damage Damage to the Vehicle, (including Vehicle arising from the loss of use of that the Vehicle - ‘demurrage’)by You, legal expenses, assessment fees, towing and recovery costs, third party damage, storage and other charges rendered by Star RV any Joint Renter or any Authorised Driver where: (i) You have breached the Vehicle is damaged by any term of this Agreementwilful or reckless action; (ii) You have left there is Overhead Damage or damage to the Vehicle unlocked or left the keys in the Vehicle; (iii) You have not kept the keys secure and under your personal control; (iv) You have lost, damaged or had the keys stolen; (v) The Vehicle is totally or partially immersed in any water regardless of cause; (vi) The interior underbody of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except when there is a collision with another vehiclevehicle and third party details are provided to Apollo; (iii) the Vehicle is left unlocked or the keys are left in the Vehicle; (iv) the keys have not been kept securely and under Your personal control; (v) the keys are lost, damaged or stolen;‌ (vi) the Vehicle is totally or partially immersed in any water, regardless of cause; (vii) The tyres of the Vehicle are damaged other than by normal wear and tear except where You have purchased Liability Reduction and it applies; (viii) You have failed there is a failure to maintain all fluid and fuel levels of the Vehicle or failed failure to immediately rectify or report to Star RV Apollo any defect in the Vehicle of which You become or ought to have become aware; (viii) the wrong fuel type or contaminated fuel was used or where water was put in the fuel tank; (ix) The fuel was put in the water tank; (x) Loss or Damage caused by falling asleep whilst driving; (xi) the Vehicle is damaged by loading or unloading, normal wear and tear excepted; (x) The underbody and/or overhead of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except where there is a collision with another Vehicle or where You have purchased Liability Reduction and it applies; (xi) You have been deemed negligent in any action thereby resulting in damage to the Vehicle or third party property; (xii) You have damaged the Vehicle by any wilful Loss or reckless misconduct; (xiii) Damage is caused by sitting or standing on the bonnet or roof of the Vehicle; (xiii) the interior of the Vehicle is damaged, regardless of cause except when there is a collision with another vehicle; (xiv) the tyres of the Vehicle are damaged other than by normal wear and tear, except where You have purchased an Apollo Additional Cover and it applies; (xv) the windscreen of the Vehicle is damaged, except where You have purchased an Apollo Additional Cover and it applies; (xvi) Loss or Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being transported over water; (xvxvii) Loss or Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being loaded or unloaded on a watercraft and/or tow truck; (xvixviii) Loss or Damage is caused to the Vehicle by snow chains; (xviixix) Loss or Damage is caused to the awning of the Vehicle. A minimum fee of $1,500 including GST will apply per awning damage; (xviiixx) Damage caused by a single vehicle roll over; (xix) Costs costs are incurred for recovering the Vehicle if it is bogged; (xx) Costs are incurred where the wrong fuel type or contaminated fuel was used or where water was put in the fuel tank; (xxi) Costs are incurred where fuel was put in the water tank; (xxii) Costs costs are incurred with the Vehicle running out of fuel; (xxiiixxii) Costs costs are incurred with losing the fuel, oil or water caps and items in the convenience and/or camping kits;kits;‌ (xxiv) 5.2 You, any Joint Renter and any Authorised Driver authorise Apollo to debit the credit card/s provided at the Commencement of the Rental for any of the charges and for the Loss or Damage caused by falling asleep whilst driving;and for which You, any Joint Renter or Authorised Driver are liable under clause 5.1 of this Agreement. (xxv) Damage caused to the Vehicle by hitting a signed height restricted structure such as but not limited to bridges, car parks and drive throughs. We accept 5.3 Apollo accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit and Diners Club. American Express and Diners Club will incur an additional non-refundable 4.5% surcharge administration fee on any transaction. Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit and MasterCard Debit will incur an additional non-refundable 2% surcharge administration fee on any transaction. EFTPOS maybe used to pay for rental charges (not bonds). Cash will not be accepted under any circumstances. . 5.4 If You have paid by use of a credit card, or directed Star RV Apollo to ▇▇▇▇ the charges to some other person, corporation, firm or organisation who or which fails to make payment when due, You will immediately pay the full amount due to Star RV Apollo on demand. You irrevocably agree and authorise Star RV Apollo to use the credit card/s provided for payment of any amount due under this Agreement even if a signed credit card voucher has been returned.

It is your responsibility to pay all Road Tolls. An additional administration fee of $75 per fine / infringement will apply (to cover the costs of processing). (c) All Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, all loss of or damage to the Vehicle, (including the loss of use of that Vehicle - ‘demurrage’), ) legal expenses, assessment fees, towing and recovery costs, consequential third party damage, storage and other Apollo’s service charges rendered by Star RV where: (i) You have breached any term of this AgreementAgreement has been breached; (ii) You have left the Vehicle unlocked or left the keys in the Vehicle; (iii) You have not kept the keys secure and under your personal control; (iv) You have lost, damaged or had the keys stolen; (v) The Vehicle is totally or partially immersed in any water regardless of cause; (viv) The the interior of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except when there Apollo is either not contacted or You do not allow Apollo the opportunity to rectify the problem during the rental period You agree that the problem is of such a collision with another vehicle; (vii) The tyres minor nature that You make no claim for loss of time in respect of the Vehicle are damaged other than rental period. You also agree that Apollo is not responsible for any claims made by normal wear and tear except where You have purchased Liability Reduction and it applies; (viii) You have failed to maintain all fluid and fuel levels of after the Vehicle or failed to immediately rectify or report to Star RV any defect in the Vehicle of which You become or ought to have become aware; (ix) The Vehicle is damaged by loading or unloading, normal wear and tear excepted; (x) The underbody and/or overhead of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except where there is a collision with another Vehicle or where You have purchased Liability Reduction and it applies; (xi) You have been deemed negligent in any action thereby resulting in damage to the Vehicle or third party property; (xii) You have damaged the Vehicle by any wilful or reckless misconduct; (xiii) Damage is caused by sitting or standing on the bonnet or roof of the vehicle; (xiv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being transported over water; (xv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being loaded or unloaded on a watercraft and/or tow truck; (xvi) Damage is caused to the Vehicle by snow chains; (xvii) Damage is caused to the awning return of the Vehicle. A minimum Note: You agree to be charged a fee of $1,500 will apply per awning damage; (xviii) Damage where it is established that Roadside Assistance could have been avoided in cases such as keys being locked in the vehicle, flat batteries caused by a single vehicle roll over; (xix) Costs are incurred for recovering the Vehicle if it is bogged; (xx) Costs are incurred where the wrong fuel type or contaminated fuel was used or where water was put in the fuel tank; (xxi) Costs are incurred where fuel was put in the water tank; (xxii) Costs are incurred with the Vehicle running out of fuel; (xxiii) Costs are incurred with losing the fuel, oil or water caps lights having been left on and items in the convenience and/or camping kits; (xxiv) Damage caused by falling asleep whilst driving; (xxv) Damage caused to the Vehicle by hitting a signed height restricted structure other such as but not limited to bridges, car parks and drive throughs. (a) The All rental charges specified in on Page 1 of each Vehicle Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A.Agreement. (b) All charges claimed from Star RV for toll, the Company in respect of parking and/or or any other traffic violations incurred during the rental period of hire or until such later time as the Vehicle is returned to Star RV. An additional administration fee of $75 per fine / infringement will apply to cover the costs of processingCompany. (c) All loss of or damage charges for repair to the Vehicle, (including the loss of use of that calculated at the daily hire rate until such time as the Vehicle - ‘demurrage’)is returned in a condition suitable for re-hire, legal expensesdebt collection costs, assessment fees, towing and recovery costs, third party damagerecovery, storage and other company service charges rendered by Star RV where: (i) You have breached any term Any condition of this Agreement, and in particular condition 2, above, or any special condition on Page 1 has been breached; (ii) You have left The Vehicle is involved in a single vehicle accident or, subject to clause 4 below, a multiple vehicle accident; iii) The Vehicle is damaged as a result of vandalism or unexplained or inadequately explained causes; iv) The underbody of the Vehicle unlocked or left the keys in the Vehicleis damaged regardless of cause when no other vehicle is involved; (iii) You have not kept the keys secure and under your personal control; (iv) You have lost, damaged or had the keys stolen; (v) The Vehicle is totally or partially immersed in any water regardless of cause; (vi) The interior of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except when there no other vehicle is a collision with another vehicleinvolved; (vii) The tyres of the Vehicle are damaged other than by normal wear and tear except where You have purchased Liability Reduction and it applieswear; (viii) The Vehicle is damaged by driving it under or into an object lower than the height of the Vehicle; ix) You have failed to maintain all fluid and fuel levels of the Vehicle or failed to immediately rectify or report to Star RV us any defect in the Vehicle of which You become or ought to have you become aware; (ixx) The Vehicle is damaged by loading or unloading, other than normal wear and tear excepted; (x) The underbody and/or overhead of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except where there is a collision with another Vehicle or where You have purchased Liability Reduction and it applies; (xi) You have been deemed negligent in any action thereby resulting in damage to the Vehicle or third party property; (xii) You have damaged the Vehicle by any wilful or reckless misconduct; (xiii) Damage is caused by sitting or standing on the bonnet or roof of the vehicle; (xiv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being transported over water; (xv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being loaded or unloaded on a watercraft and/or tow truck; (xvi) Damage is caused to the Vehicle by snow chains; (xvii) Damage is caused to the awning of the Vehicle. A minimum fee of $1,500 will apply per awning damage; (xviii) Damage caused by a single vehicle roll over; (xix) Costs are incurred for recovering the Vehicle if it is bogged; (xx) Costs are incurred where the wrong fuel type or contaminated fuel was used or where water was put in the fuel tank; (xxi) Costs are incurred where fuel was put in the water tank; (xxii) Costs are incurred with the Vehicle running out of fuel; (xxiii) Costs are incurred with losing the fuel, oil or water caps and items in the convenience and/or camping kits; (xxiv) Damage caused by falling asleep whilst driving; (xxv) Damage caused to the Vehicle by hitting a signed height restricted structure such as but not limited to bridges, car parks and drive throughs. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit and Diners Club. American Express and Diners Club will incur an additional non-refundable 4.5% surcharge on any transaction. Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit and MasterCard Debit will incur an additional non-refundable 2% surcharge on any transaction. EFTPOS maybe used to pay for rental charges (not bonds). Cash will not be accepted under any circumstances. If You have paid by use of a credit card, or directed Star RV to ▇▇▇▇ the charges to some other person, corporation, firm or organisation who or which fails to make payment when due, You will immediately pay the full amount due to Star RV on demand. You irrevocably agree and authorise Star RV to use the credit card/s provided for payment of any amount due under this Agreement even if a signed credit card voucher has been returnedwear.

(b) All charges claimed from Star RV Cheapa ▇▇▇▇▇ for toll, parking and/or any other traffic violations incurred during the rental period or until such later time as the Vehicle is returned to Star RVCheapa ▇▇▇▇▇. An additional administration fee of $75 per fine / infringement will apply to cover the costs of processing. (c) All loss of or damage to the Vehicle, (including the loss of use of that Vehicle - ‘demurrage’), legal expenses, assessment fees, towing and recovery costs, third party damage, storage and other charges rendered by Star RV Cheapa Campa’s where: (i) You have breached any term of this AgreementAgreement ; (ii) You have left the Vehicle unlocked or left the keys in the Vehicle; (iii) You have not kept the keys secure and under your personal control; (iv) You have lost, damaged or had the keys stolen; (v) The Vehicle is totally or partially immersed in any water regardless of cause; (vi) The interior of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except when there is a collision with another vehicle; (vii) The tyres of the Vehicle are damaged other than by normal wear and tear except where You have purchased Liability Reduction and it applies; (viii) You have failed to maintain all fluid and fuel levels of the Vehicle or failed to immediately rectify or report to Star RV Cheapa ▇▇▇▇▇ any defect in the Vehicle of which You become or ought to have become aware; (ix) The Vehicle is damaged by loading or unloading, normal wear and tear excepted; (x) The underbody and/or overhead of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except where You have purchased 4WD Camper Bonus Pack and it applies or there is a collision with another Vehicle or where You have purchased Liability Reduction and it appliesVehicle; (xi) You have been deemed negligent in any action thereby resulting in damage to the Vehicle or third party property; (xii) You have damaged the Vehicle by any wilful or reckless misconduct; (xiii) Damage is caused by sitting or standing on the bonnet or roof of the vehicle; (xiv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being transported over water; (xv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being loaded or unloaded on a watercraft and/or tow truck; (xvi) Damage is caused to the Vehicle by snow chains; (xvii) Damage is caused to the awning of the VehicleVehicle or where You have purchased 4WD Camper Bonus Pack and it applies. A minimum fee of $1,500 1500 will apply per awning damage; (xviii) Damage caused by a single vehicle roll over; (xix) Costs are incurred for recovering the Vehicle if it is bogged; (xx) Costs are incurred where the wrong fuel type or contaminated fuel was used or where water was put in the fuel tank; (xxi) Costs are incurred where fuel was put in the water tank; (xxii) Costs are incurred with the Vehicle running out of fuel; (xxiii) Costs are incurred with losing the fuel, oil or water caps and items in the convenience and/or camping kits; (xxiv) Damage Costs associated with damage or accidents caused by falling asleep whilst driving; (xxv) Damage caused to the Vehicle by hitting a signed height restricted structure such as but not limited to bridges, car parks and drive throughs. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit and Diners Club. American Express and Diners Club will incur an additional non-refundable 4.5% surcharge on any transaction. Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit and MasterCard Debit will incur an additional non-refundable 2% surcharge on any transaction. EFTPOS maybe used to pay for rental charges (not bonds). Cash will not be accepted under any circumstances. If You have paid by use of a credit card, or directed Star RV Cheapa ▇▇▇▇▇ to ▇▇▇▇ the charges to some other person, corporation, firm or organisation who or which fails to make payment when due, You will immediately pay the full amount due to Star RV Cheapa ▇▇▇▇▇ on demand. You irrevocably agree and authorise Star RV Cheapa ▇▇▇▇▇ to use the credit card/s provided for payment of any amount due under this Agreement even if a signed credit card voucher has been returned.

FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS. You and any additional renter/s and/or authorised driver/s are jointly and severally responsible for compliance with the terms of this Agreement. 5.1 By entering into this Agreement You You, any Joint Renter and any additional renter/s and/or authorised driver/s Authorised Driver, are each responsible for and agree irrevocably authorise Star RV to debit the credit card/s provided (and You will pay Star RV, on demand, any balance) with the following charges:Apollo:‌ (a) The the rental charges specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A.A; (b) All all charges claimed from Star RV Apollo for toll, parking and/or any other traffic fines, infringements or violations incurred during the rental period or until such later time as the Vehicle is returned to Star RV. An Apollo and an additional administration fee of $75 including GST per fine / infringement will apply applies to cover the costs of processing.; and‌ (c) All loss of all Loss or damage Damage to the Vehicle, (including Vehicle arising from the loss of use of that the Vehicle - ‘demurrage’)by You, legal expenses, assessment fees, towing and recovery costs, third party damage, storage and other charges rendered by Star RV any Joint Renter or any Authorised Driver where: (i) You have breached the Vehicle is damaged by any term of this Agreementwilful or reckless action; (ii) You have left there is Overhead Damage or damage to the Vehicle unlocked or left the keys in the Vehicle; (iii) You have not kept the keys secure and under your personal control; (iv) You have lost, damaged or had the keys stolen; (v) The Vehicle is totally or partially immersed in any water regardless of cause; (vi) The interior underbody of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except when there is a collision with another vehicle; (vii) The tyres of the Vehicle vehicle and third party details are damaged other than by normal wear and tear provided to Apollo except where You have purchased Liability Reduction 4WD Additional Cover and it applies; (viiiiii) You the Vehicle is left unlocked or the keys are left in the Vehicle; (iv) the keys are not kept securely and under Your personal control; (v) the keys have failed been lost, damaged or stolen;‌ (vi) the Vehicle is totally or partially immersed in any water, regardless of cause; (vii) there is failure to maintain all fluid and fuel levels of the Vehicle or failed a failure to immediately rectify or report to Star RV Apollo any defect in the Vehicle of which You become or ought to have become aware; (viii) the wrong fuel type or contaminated fuel was used or where water was put in the fuel tank; (ix) The fuel was put in the water tank; (x) damage caused by falling asleep whilst driving; (xi) if the Vehicle is four wheel drive, is driven in 4wd mode on sealed roads;‌ (xii) the Vehicle is damaged by loading or unloading, normal wear and tear excepted; (xxiii) The underbody and/or overhead the slide out of the Vehicle is damaged damaged, regardless of cause except where there is a collision with another Vehicle or where You have purchased Liability Reduction and it appliesVehicle; (xixiv) You have been deemed negligent in any action thereby resulting in the damage to the Vehicle or third party property; (xii) You have damaged the Vehicle by any wilful or reckless misconduct; (xiii) Damage is caused by sitting or standing on the bonnet or roof of the Vehicle; (xv) the interior of the Vehicle is damaged, regardless of cause except when there is a collision with another vehicle; (xivxvi) the tyres of the Vehicle are damaged other than by normal wear and tear, except where You have purchased an Apollo Additional Cover or 4WD Additional Cover and it applies; (xvii) the windscreen of the Vehicle is damaged, except where You have purchased an Apollo Additional Cover or 4WD Additional Cover and it applies; (xviii) Loss or Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being transported over water; (xvxix) Loss or Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being loaded or unloaded on a watercraft and/or tow truck; (xvixx) Loss or Damage is caused to the Vehicle by snow chains; (xviixxi) Loss or Damage is caused to the awning of the VehicleVehicle except where You have purchased 4WD Additional Cover and it applies. A minimum fee of $1,500 including GST will apply per awning damage; (xviiixxii) Loss or Damage is caused by a single vehicle roll overto the roof top tent of the Vehicle except where You have purchased 4WD Additional Cover and it applies; (xixxxiii) Costs costs are incurred for recovering the Vehicle if it is bogged; (xxxxiv) Costs are incurred where the wrong fuel type or contaminated fuel was used or where water was put in the fuel tank; (xxi) Costs are incurred where fuel was put in the water tank; (xxii) Costs costs are incurred with the Vehicle running out of fuel;; or (xxiiixxv) Costs costs are incurred with losing the fuel, oil or water caps and items in the convenience and/or camping kits;kits.‌ (xxiv) 5.2 You, any Joint Renter and any Authorised Driver authorise Apollo to debit the credit card/s provided at the Commencement of the Rental for any of the charges and for the Loss or Damage caused by falling asleep whilst driving; (xxv) Damage caused to the Vehicle by hitting a signed height restricted structure such as but not limited to bridgesand for which You, car parks and drive throughs. We accept any Joint Renter or Authorised Driver are liable under clause 5.1 of this Agreement. 5.3 Apollo accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit and Diners Club. American Express and Diners Club will incur an additional non-refundable 4.5% surcharge administration fee on any transaction. Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit and MasterCard Debit will incur an additional non-refundable 2% surcharge administration fee on any transaction. EFTPOS maybe used to pay for rental charges (not bonds). Cash will not be accepted under any circumstances. . 5.4 If You have paid by use of a credit card, or directed Star RV Apollo to ▇▇▇▇ the charges to some other person, corporation, firm or organisation who or which fails to make payment when due, You will immediately pay the full amount due to Star RV Apollo on demand. You irrevocably agree and authorise Star RV Apollo to use the credit card/s provided for payment of any amount due under this Agreement even if a signed credit card voucher has been returned.

By entering into this Agreement You and any additional renter/s and/or authorised driver/s are responsible for and irrevocably authorise Star RV authorizes Cheapa ▇▇▇▇▇ to debit the credit card/s provided (and You will pay Star RVCheapa ▇▇▇▇▇, on demand, any balance) with the following charges: (a) The rental charges specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A. (b) All charges claimed from Star RV for Cheapa ▇▇▇▇▇ in respect of toll, parking and/or any other traffic violations incurred during the rental period or until such later time as the Vehicle is returned to Star RVCheapa ▇▇▇▇▇. It is your responsibility to pay all Road Tolls. An additional administration fee of $75 per fine / infringement will apply (to cover the costs of processing). (c) All Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, all loss of or damage to the Vehicle, (including the loss of use of that Vehicle - ‘demurrage’), ) legal expenses, assessment fees, towing and recovery costs, consequential third party damage, storage and other Cheapa ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ service charges rendered by Star RV where: (i) You have breached any term of this AgreementAgreement has been breached; (ii) You have left the Vehicle unlocked or left the keys in the Vehicle; (iii) You have not kept the keys secure and under your personal control; (iv) You have lost, damaged or had the keys stolen; (v) The Vehicle is totally or partially immersed in any water regardless of cause; (viv) The the interior of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except when there is a collision with another vehicleVehicle; (viivi) The the tyres of the Vehicle are damaged other than by normal wear and tear except where You have purchased Liability Reduction and it appliestear; (viiivii) You have failed to maintain all fluid and fuel levels of the Vehicle or failed to immediately rectify or report to Star RV Cheapa ▇▇▇▇▇ any defect in the Vehicle of which You become or ought to have become awareaware or failed to follow proper operating procedures; (ixviii) The the Vehicle is damaged by loading or unloading, normal wear and tear excepted; (xix) The the underbody and/or overhead of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except where there is a collision with another Vehicle or where You have purchased Liability Reduction and it appliesVehicle; (xix) You have been deemed negligent in any action thereby resulting in damage to the Vehicle or our vehicle, a third party or property, including, without limitation, the following: accidents occurring off public roads, accidents occurring while backing up or parking without a guide, and damage caused by the freezing of the Vehicle’s systems. (xi) deliberate or wilful damage caused by You or Your guests; (xii) You have damaged the Vehicle by any wilful was driven under the influence of alcohol, drugs or reckless misconductother controlled substances; (xiii) Damage is caused by sitting or standing on failure to use the bonnet or roof of the vehicle; (xiv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being transported over water; (xv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being loaded or unloaded on a watercraft and/or tow truck; (xvi) Damage is caused to the Vehicle by snow chains; (xvii) Damage is caused to the awning of the Vehicle. FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS. You and any additional renter/s and/or authorised driver/s are jointly and severally responsible for compliance with the terms of this Agreement. By entering into this Agreement You and any additional renter/s and/or authorised driver/s are responsible for and irrevocably authorise Star RV Apollo to debit the credit card/s provided (and You will pay Star RVApollo, on demand, any balance) with the following charges: (a) The rental charges specified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A. (b) All charges claimed from Star RV Apollo for toll, parking and/or any other traffic violations incurred during the rental period or until such later time as the Vehicle is returned to Star RVApollo. An additional administration fee of $75 per fine / infringement will apply to cover the costs of processing. (c) All loss of or damage to the Vehicle, (including the loss of use of that Vehicle - ‘demurrage’), legal expenses, assessment fees, towing and recovery costs, third party damage, storage and other charges rendered by Star RV Apollo’s where: (i) You have breached any term of this AgreementAgreement ; (ii) You have left the Vehicle unlocked or left the keys in the Vehicle; (iii) You have not kept the keys secure and under your personal control; (iv) You have lost, damaged or had the keys stolen; (v) The the Vehicle is totally or partially immersed in any water regardless of cause; (vi) The the interior of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except when there is a collision with another vehicle; (vii) The the tyres of the Vehicle are damaged other than by normal wear and tear except where You have purchased Liability Reduction Waiver and it applies; (viii) You have failed to maintain all fluid and fuel levels of the Vehicle or failed to immediately rectify or report to Star RV Apollo any defect in the Vehicle of which You become or ought to have become aware; (ix) The the Vehicle is damaged by loading or unloading, normal wear and tear excepted; (x) The the underbody and/or and overhead of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except where there is a collision with another Vehicle or where You have purchased Liability Reduction Waiver and it applies; (xi) You have been deemed negligent in any action thereby resulting in damage to the Vehicle or third party property; (xii) You have damaged the Vehicle by any wilful or reckless misconduct; (xiii) Damage is caused by sitting or standing on the bonnet or roof of the vehicle; (xiv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being transported over water; (xv) Damage is caused to the Vehicle whilst it is being loaded or unloaded on a watercraft and/or tow truckby snow chains; (xvi) Damage is caused to the Vehicle by snow chainsawning of the Vehicle; (xvii) Damage is caused to the awning of the Vehicle. It is your responsibility to pay all Road Tolls. An additional administration fee of $75 per fine / infringement will apply (to cover the costs of processing). (c) All Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, all loss of or damage to the Vehicle, (including the loss of use of that Vehicle - ‘demurrage’), ) legal expenses, assessment fees, towing and recovery costs, consequential third party damage, storage and other Cheapa ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ service charges rendered by Star RV where: (i) You have breached any term of this AgreementAgreement has been breached; (ii) You have left the Vehicle unlocked or left the keys in the Vehicle; (iii) You have not kept the keys secure and under your personal control; (iv) You have lost, damaged or had the keys stolen; (v) The Vehicle is totally or partially immersed in any water regardless of cause; (viv) The the interior of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except when there is a collision with another vehicleVehicle; (viivi) The the tyres of the Vehicle are damaged other than by normal wear and tear except where You have purchased Liability Reduction and it appliestear; (viiivii) You have failed to maintain all fluid and fuel levels of the Vehicle or failed to immediately rectify or report to Star RV Cheapa ▇▇▇▇▇ any defect in the Vehicle of which You become or ought to have become awareaware or failed to follow proper operating procedures; (ixviii) The the Vehicle is damaged by loading or unloading, normal wear and tear excepted; (xix) The the underbody and/or and overhead of the Vehicle is damaged regardless of cause except where there is a collision with another Vehicle or where You have purchased Liability Reduction and it appliesVehicle; (xix) You have been deemed negligent in any action thereby resulting in damage to the Vehicle or our vehicle, a third party or property, including, without limitation, the following: accidents occurring off public roads, accidents occurring while backing up or parking without a guide, and damage caused by the freezing of the Vehicle’s systems.
