(a) The Borrower shall maintain or cause to be maintained records and accounts adequate to reflect in accordance with sound accounting practices the operations, resources and expenditures of FDU and in respect of the Project of the departments or agencies of the Borrower (including FAMEPAR and COHAPAR) responsible for carrying out the Project or any part thereof.

Financial Covenants. Section 4.01. (a) The Borrower shall maintain or cause to be maintained records and accounts adequate to reflect in accordance with sound accounting practices the operations, resources and expenditures in respect of Parts B, C and D of the Project of the departments or agencies of the Borrower responsible for carrying out the said Parts of the Project or any part sub-parts thereof.

Financial Covenants. Section 4.01. (a) The Borrower shall maintain or cause to be maintained records and accounts adequate to monitor the progress of the Project and to reflect in accordance with sound accounting practices the operations, resources and expenditures in respect of the Project of the departments or agencies of the Borrower responsible for carrying out the Project or any part thereof.

(a) The Borrower shall maintain or cause to be maintained records and separate accounts adequate to reflect in accordance with sound accounting practices the operations, resources and expenditures in respect of Parts A, C and E of the Project of the departments or agencies of the Borrower responsible for carrying out said Parts of the Project or any part thereof.
