Financial charges. This Agreement does not imply any financial cost either to UFPel or XXX. PARAGRAPH ONE OF ONE: The Specific Agreements may forecast financial expenses, provided that they meet the statutory requirements of each institution. Upon the signing of this agreement by both institutions, it shall enter into force for a period of five years, except for prior withdrawal of either party. The agreement may, at any time during its period of validity, be terminated by either party upon written notification 90 days prior to termination.
