FINANCIAL AND LIFESTYLE PLANNING. 9.12.1 The University shall provide, at no cost to employees, one (1) retirement planning workshop per academic year. Employees and their spouses may attend one such workshop every five (5) years. The timing of the workshop and the selection of the presenters are subject to agreement between the CFA and the University. The workshops shall include, but shall not be limited to, basic financial planning and the considerations around lifestyle changes.
