FINANCES AND SERVICES Sample Clauses
The "Finances and Services" clause defines the financial arrangements and the scope of services to be provided under the agreement. It typically outlines how payments will be made, the schedule for invoicing, and the specific services or deliverables expected from the parties involved. For example, it may specify payment terms such as due dates, accepted payment methods, and any penalties for late payment, as well as a detailed description of the services to be rendered. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of their financial obligations and service expectations, reducing the risk of disputes over payments or service delivery.
