Finance Support Services a. This Schedule A-3 refers to the provision of finance and accounting support from Provider to support the closing of SAP Foil for the VPG four selling entities located in US, Germany, Israel and Japan (the “Selling Entities”). Provider personnel will sit with the Recipient personnel and assist Recipient in closing the books for the new companies and in recording all accounts and transactions in SAP and otherwise will provide additional financial and accounting support services as may be reasonably requested by the Selling Entities (the “Finance Support Services”).
b. Provider will provide Finance Support Services to the Recipient until the books of the Selling Entities have been closed for the second quarter ending after the Distribution Date.
Finance Support Services. A. Description Swift may request for AT&T to provide Finance consultation support on an as needed basis. These services consist of a knowledge transfer on: o EMEA/UK journal adjustments o Internal EasyLink account transfers o EasyLink Payables, Receivables, and General Ledger o Transaction accruals that occurred prior to the Agreement Date These services do not include any consultation or other services in connection with an audit. Any such services would require separate agreement between the parties concerning the level of support to be provided and the charges that would apply.
