Common use of Final Statements Clause in Contracts

Final Statements. (a) Subject to claue 9.2(b), not later than 60 business days after the end of each billing period, AEMO must give the Reserve Provider a final statement stating the net amount payable by one party to the other in respect of that billing period (“final statement”). (b) AEMO is not required to give the first final statement under this Agreement until the end of the first billing period after the conditions subsequent have been satisfied or waived in accordance with this Agreement.
