Common use of Final Selection List Clause in Contracts

Final Selection List. The names of the persons in highest order on the final selection list shall have the highest priority for admission to the public charter school in that grade, and shall be offered admission to the public charter school in such grade until all seats for that grade are filled. All remaining students will be placed on a waiting list in the order drawn in the lottery. Any students admitted after initial acceptance will be taken in numerical order from this list.
