Final Resolution. (a) If the CEOs are unable to settle the dispute within the period described in clause 25.3, the matter will be referred to arbitration for final resolution. (b) The arbitration will be conducted under the ICC Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce as modified by any other instructions that the parties may agree upon at the time.
