Final report, code and documentation Sample Clauses

The 'Final report, code and documentation' clause requires the delivery of all project outputs, including a comprehensive report, source code, and supporting documentation, at the conclusion of the engagement. Typically, this means the contractor or service provider must submit a detailed summary of work performed, the developed software or codebase, and any manuals or technical documents necessary for future use or maintenance. This clause ensures that the client receives all necessary materials to understand, operate, and potentially modify the delivered solution, thereby facilitating project handover and long-term usability.
