Final Project Selection Clause Samples

The Final Project Selection clause establishes the process and criteria by which the definitive project or deliverable is chosen at the conclusion of a planning or proposal phase. Typically, this clause outlines who has the authority to make the final decision, any required approvals, and the timeline for selection. For example, it may specify that the client must review all submitted proposals and select one within a set period, or that a committee will vote on the final project. The core function of this clause is to ensure a clear, agreed-upon method for moving forward with a specific project, thereby preventing disputes or delays over which proposal is ultimately pursued.
