Final Permits Clause Samples

The 'Final Permits' clause establishes the requirement for obtaining all necessary governmental or regulatory permits and approvals before a project or activity can proceed to its final stages. In practice, this clause typically obligates one or both parties to secure documentation such as building permits, environmental clearances, or operational licenses, and may specify deadlines or procedures for providing proof of such permits. Its core function is to ensure legal compliance and mitigate the risk of project delays or penalties by making the acquisition of final permits a clear precondition for further action or completion.
