Final Payer Award Determinations. Within 30 days following the conclusion of any and all appeals to the Claims Appeals Special Master from Claims Determinations as provided for and set forth in Section 6.8 below, the Settlement Administrator shall make Final Payer Award Determinations by following the steps set forth in Section 6.7.6 above, taking into consideration the results of the appeals process from Section
