Common use of Final Pay Upon Termination Clause in Contracts

Final Pay Upon Termination. Upon the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason, the Company shall pay to Executive (or his beneficiaries) in accordance with California law the unpaid portion of the Base Salary earned through the date of termination, any Annual Bonus earned prior to termination but remaining unpaid, and all accrued but unused paid vacation leave (“Final Pay”), less deductions and withholdings required by law. Final Pay will be paid in accordance with California law.
