Final Evaluation Report. A unit member who has served in the District for a minimum of ten (10) years, and whose most recent evaluation was “applying” “integrating” or “innovating” in their overall evaluation, may be moved to an evaluation schedule of every five (5) years by mutual agreement of the unit member and his/her/ administrator.
