Common use of Final Delivery Clause in Contracts

Final Delivery. After customs release or online payment (where this is applicable), the item will be delivered to a pre-designated pick-up point of the Client’s choosing in Malta. The Client may opt to pay upon delivery where this pick-up point is a residential address. A notice will be left at this address with options for collection should the first delivery attempt fail.
