Final Decision. The decision on review shall normally be made within sixty (60) days after the Committee’s receipt of a request for review. If an extension of time is required for a hearing or other special circumstances, the claimant shall be notified and the time for the extension shall be limited to one hundred twenty (120) days after the Committee’s receipt of a request for review.
