Final Check. ‌ Upon completion of the work under the engineering agreement, the LPA will ensure that all terms and conditions of the agreement have been complied with and that all services to be performed under the agreement have been completed prior to final release of the consultant. The agreement will be terminated in writing by the LPA. A copy of any termination should be sent to the district.
