Final Acceptance Date. The date of the issuance of a certificate of final acceptance pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in the Supply Contract as defined in Paragraph 5 hereof. The Final Acceptance Date shall be 31st August 2000, or such other date as may be agreed by the Management Committee.
