Common use of Final Acceptance by Owner Clause in Contracts

Final Acceptance by Owner. The Owner shall consider the Agreement complete when the Contractor has completed in its entirety all of the Work and the Owner has accepted all of the Work and notified the Contractor in writing that the Work is complete. Once the Owner has approved and accepted the Work, Contractor shall be entitled to final payment in accordance with the terms of the Contract Documents.
