Fill Materials. A layer of reddish xxxxx fill materials was found to extend from ground surface to a depth of 2.3 m at BH-06. The fill generally consists of a gravelly silty sand with occasional sandstone cobbles/boulders and traces of roots. N-values within the fill were found to range from 3 to 54 indicating a highly variable, very loose to dense, relative density. Grain size tests (curves appended) performed on split spoon samples of the fill show it to contain an average of 34 percent gravel, 44 percent sand and 22 percent fines (i.e., silt and clay sizes). The test samples were found to have a moisture content of 9 to 11 percent.

  • Promotional Materials In the event that the Fund or the Adviser makes available any promotional materials related to the Securities or the transactions contemplated hereby intended for use only by registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof by means of an Internet web site or similar electronic means, the Adviser will install and maintain, or will cause to be installed and maintained, pre-qualification and password-protection or similar procedures which are reasonably designed to effectively prohibit access to such promotional materials by persons other than registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof.

  • Stored Materials The Department shall not be required to pay for materials stored at the site or stored at other locations absent prior written authorization to do so, which authorization may be withheld at the Department's sole discretion. If the Department expressly agrees to pay for materials stored at the site but not yet incorporated into the Work, the Application for Payment may also include a request for payment of the cost of such materials, if the materials have been delivered to the site, and suitably stored. Such requests shall be documented by appropriate invoices and bills of sale.
