Filing Time Limits. Where the GAFAE Executive elects to proceed with a grievance, the grievance shall be initiated by the GAFAE Grievance Administrator or the GAFAE President on behalf of any Member, group of Members or the GAFAE Executive committee. The grievance shall be filed within a period of thirty (30) Days after the grievor or the GAFAE Executive would reasonably have knowledge of the action or circumstance giving rise to the grievance.
Filing Time Limits. A grievance must be filed initially within thirty (30) calendar days from the date on which the act which is the subject of the grievance occurred or thirty (30) calendar days from the date on which the grievant should reasonably have known of its occurrence. Other references to days in this process are working days of the party to which they apply.
Filing Time Limits. Grievances under this Article may be initiated by any Employee, or group of Employees, or the Association, provided such grievance is filed within a period of fifteen (15) Days after the grievor or the Association would reasonably have knowledge of the action or circumstance giving rise to the grievance.
