Common use of Filing Requirement Clause in Contracts

Filing Requirement. The provisions of Chapter 39.26 RCW may require the AGENCY to file this contract as a sole source contract with the Department of Enterprise Services (DES) for approval. If so filed the effective date of this contract is upon DES approval of the contract, the tenth (10th) working day after it is filed with DES, or as agreed between the parties, whichever is later. The CONTRACTOR shall submit the final invoice not later than 60 calendar days from the end of the contract period.
