Common use of FILING REPORTS AND MAKING PAYMENTS Clause in Contracts

FILING REPORTS AND MAKING PAYMENTS. The Companies shall timely file all required reports and notices with each and every applicable Governmental Body and timely make all payments due and owing to each such Governmental Body, including, but not by way of limitation, any filings, notices and/or payments required by reason of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
