Common use of Filing of Prospectus Supplement Clause in Contracts

Filing of Prospectus Supplement. (a) The Corporation shall as soon as possible and in any event not later than 11:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on July 18, 2019 comply with the Shelf Procedures to prepare and file the Prospectus Supplement with the Securities Commissions in each of the Qualifying Jurisdictions.
