Common use of Filing Documents Clause in Contracts

Filing Documents. A copy of this Trust Agreement and all amendments thereof shall be maintained in an office or residence of the Administrator and shall be available at all times for inspection by the Beneficiaries or their duly authorized representatives. The Administrator shall maintain any amendment of this Trust Agreement in the same place where the original Trust Agreement is maintained. The Administrator shall maintain any instrument that relates to any change in the office of Resident Trustee in the same place where the original Trust Agreement is maintained.
